Because of necessary cuts to the general-purpose school budget, Johnson City Schools will no longer offer community adult evening classes. Every effort will be made to assist adults in locating comparable programs at local community and colleges.
The Johnson City / Washington County / Unicoi County Adult Education program will focus on GED© preparation classes funded through the Department of Labor.
This project is partially funded by the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development and by Johnson City Schools.
